Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

Handover to Courier

A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please ensure someone is available to hand over the sealed package to our authorized logistics partner.

Quality Check & Refund

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
